2. Nature of the service and information on the site

• The site presents information about properties, professional articles, and interactive calculation tools
• Information on the site does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or appraisal advice, and is not a substitute for individual professional advice
• Results from the calculators and tools (yield, mortgage, taxes, plot/parcel, and others) are illustrative estimates only, based on the data entered and general figures that may change; they should not be relied upon to carry out a transaction without checking with the relevant authorities
• Property details shown may change, be updated, or be sold/rented at any time, and do not constitute a binding offer

3. Brokerage services

Real estate brokerage services are provided in accordance with the Israeli Real Estate Brokers Law 5756-1996, and are subject to signing a written brokerage services order. Displaying a property on the site or contacting through it does not in itself create an obligation to broker or an entitlement to a brokerage fee, except in accordance with a signed agreement.

4. The digital advisor (AI)

The site's chat is powered by artificial intelligence and provides general information only. Answers may contain inaccuracies or outdated information, and should not be relied upon without verification from a qualified professional. Use of the chat is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
