Privacy Policy

1. General

Idan LaNadlan (Idan Huli, real estate broker license no. 3205360) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of idanlanadlan.co.il in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981 and its regulations, including Amendment 13 to the law (in effect since August 2025), and EU regulations (GDPR) where applicable. Providing information on the site is voluntary — you are not legally required to provide information, but without it we won't be able to get back to you.

2. Information collected — by channel

• Contact form — type of inquiry, full name, phone, city, and email (if provided)
• Toolbox forms (inspection checklist, property-match quiz, plot lookup, and others) — name, phone, email (optional), and the search/simulation details you entered (e.g. an address or plot/parcel numbers)
• WhatsApp group sign-up form — name, phone, what you're looking for, budget, and property purpose; the details are sent as a WhatsApp message from your own device directly to Idan
• Digital advisor (AI chat) — the conversation content only, to generate a response; the conversation is not stored by us after the window is closed
• Browser preferences — language, theme, accessibility settings, and your cookie-banner choice are stored locally in your browser only (localStorage) and are never sent to our server

3. Purposes of use

• Responding to your inquiry and providing real estate brokerage and marketing services
• Recording consents as required by law
• Marketing communications (phone/WhatsApp/email) — only if you explicitly checked the separate consent box, in accordance with Section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law (Amendment 40, the "Anti-Spam Law"). You may withdraw consent at any time by replying, via WhatsApp or phone, and we will stop sending marketing messages within 3 business days

4. Who the information is shared with (data processors)

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the operational service providers of the site, to the minimum extent required:

• Resend — sending an email notification about your inquiry to Idan
• Vercel — hosting the site and server infrastructure
• Supabase — the site's content database (properties and articles); your inquiries are not stored in it
• Nadlan One — the office's lead-management system, to which an inquiry from the contact form may be forwarded
• Anthropic — processing the digital advisor's (AI) conversations
• Google (Google Analytics 4) — anonymous statistical analysis of site usage, only subject to your consent in the cookie banner
• GovMap / The Survey of Israel — in the plot/parcel lookup tool and maps, the address you type is sent to the government service to perform the lookup
• WhatsApp (Meta) — when you choose to get in touch or join a group via WhatsApp

Some providers store data outside Israel; the transfer is made in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (transfer of data to databases outside Israel's borders). Beyond this, personal information will not be shared with a third party without your consent, unless required by law or court order.

5. Cookies and local storage

The site uses local storage and functional cookies — to remember your language, theme, accessibility settings, and cookie-banner choice; these are always active. In addition, only subject to your explicit consent in the cookie banner, an analytics cookie (Google Analytics 4) is activated for anonymous statistical understanding of site usage — not for advertising purposes. We do not run any advertising pixels. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies in your browser settings.

6. Data retention period

Inquiries received are kept in the business email inbox and the lead-management system for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain a business relationship, or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8) and we will act accordingly, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Data security

We take security measures in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security) 5777-2017: all site traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), access to information is restricted to Idan Huli alone, and inquiry details are not stored in the site's public database.

8. Your rights

Under the Privacy Protection Law (including Amendment 13), you have the following rights:

• Right of access — to know what data is held about you
• Right of rectification — to correct inaccurate or outdated information
• Right of erasure — to request deletion of your personal information
• Right to withdraw marketing consent — at any time and without justification
